2. Structure & Home Page Mockups

We’ll lay the technical groundwork — like setting up your Squarespace account and domain connection.

In this step we’ll also start designing the home page. I’ll send you three directions, with different colors and layout. You tell me what resonates and what can be refined. This forms the foundation for the design of all following pages.

1.Creative Foundation

After the online intake, we begin with a 1:1 creative direction session to explore your voice, vision, and what you want your website to express.
We’ll define your visual tone — think color palette, fonts, and layout direction — and align it with your brand personality and client experience.

– Layout inspiration & homepage planning

4. Content Integration

Now your final copy and imagery are integrated into the site. We refine design details and make sure your visuals and words work together beautifully.

– Full content integration (text & images)
– Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
– Scheduling tools (Acuity, Calendly, etc.)
– Advanced mobile layout

3. Page Design

Custom page design begins with placeholder content, helping us focus on layout and flow. Together we build pages that guide your audience with ease and intention.

– Custom page layouts (4–5 core pages + blog/portfolio)
– Placeholder copy and visuals
– UX flow and strategic design
– 2 review sessions
– Blog and/or portfolio setup (if applicable)

5. Final Refinement

We walk through the full website together, review functionality, and make final adjustments. You’ll receive up to two rounds of revisions to fine-tune everything.

6. Training & Launch

Your website is ready. You’ll receive a complete walk-through of your site, plus a personalized training session and guide to help you confidently manage your site going forward.

After Launch

You’re never left alone. Your package includes 2 hours of support during your first year — for questions, edits, or small updates. I’m here if you need me.
