We start with a full picture: you, your work, your audience, and where connections are most likely to happen.

From there, we design a visibility and acquisition strategy that fits your energy, capacity, and business stage — online and/or offline.

We begin with a visibility and platform assessment, taking a close look at your current presence — if you have one — and how people are finding you today. From there, we identify the platforms that truly match you, your ideal clients, and your offers. This includes both online and offline opportunities, such as social platforms, email, partnerships, networks, events, and — where relevant — paid visibility.

5. Implementation guidance

Finally, you’ll receive implementation guidance that helps you move forward with confidence. You’ll know what to focus on now, what can safely be ignored, and what makes sense to handle yourself versus what could be outsourced later — so your energy is spent where it matters most.

4. Simple systems

We design simple systems to support your visibility over time. This includes how leads are tracked, how follow-up happens, and how marketing fits into your existing workflow so it feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

3. Lead-generation strategy

From this foundation, we build a lead-generation strategy with a clear plan for how inquiries are generated. This may include organic and relational channels as well as a considered ad strategy, covering platform selection, objectives, funnel logic, and budget guidance. The focus is on direction and decision-making — not ad management and no unnecessary complexity.

2. Client journey & messaging

Next, we examine your client journey and messaging. We look at how people first discover your work, what helps build trust over time, and what ultimately moves them to reach out. Often, small refinements here can make a meaningful difference in how your business is perceived and how easily potential clients take the next step.

Time investment: I advise to take 2 to 3 months to complete the process. This way we have time to dive deep and fully implement each step between the calls.
